It's easy to set up and works fantastically. I bought this product a few months ago to use with my XBOX 360. While the price has dramatically increased since I purchased my adapter, it's still a great product if you're willing to shell out the moolah.
It out performed the Lynksys 802.11b adapter I was using and was plug and play with ethernet cable provided. It also has a USB adapter for optional power instead of the AC adapter.
I was able to obtain this one at a very reasonable price from an Amazon vendor, and have found it to perform perfectly as a wireless bridge for an Apple computer. Belkin products have always performed well for me, and the F5D7330 game adapter has proved to be no exception. On the strengthof that performance, I have purchased one more, albeit not through Amazon this time. This is a product I shall recommend to anyone seeking an ethernet alternative for a wireless bridgesolution for wireless access to a computer network.
They are accusatory when I told them I faxed my receipts twice and that I have the confirmation that they were received. [.]. I faxed my receipts twice to the number they provided and they said they never received the faxes so they would not issue me a credit for their online store. After waiting for several weeks I finally received an e-mail that they were discontinuing the product and would not replace it. I called Belkin for support and got a run around. I purchased this product and it did not work. They finally determined the product was bad and issued a RMA. I finally gave up and wrote the money off as Belkin's support is not at all willing to help the customer.
It is in the same room as the router so distance has not been a factor. It is pretty much a plug and play device. This product is being used to connect a Blu-Ray disk player to a wireless router for connection to the internet. It was very easy to set up and connected immediatly to the internet after being setup and connected to the Blu-Ray player.
